Keep on top of tracking assigned tasks/deliverables, risks & issues and report to Management as needed.Monitor and drive issues to resolution.Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed.Document design, code consistently throughout the design/development process.Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations to client audiences, professional seniors/peersAdhere to best practices constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc during the course of an assignment.Adhere to instruction/expectations around administrative activities such as time entry, HR tools, etc Competencies: Oracle eBS R12 Financials Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: In-depth Hands on experience and process knowledge in Oracle Financial Modules mainly General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing Inventory, Fixed Asset Data Conversion, Upgrades and implementation of Business application using Oracle E-Business Suite version R12xExtensive work experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, extensions, Forms and Workflow,PL/SQL).Knowledge of XML/BI publisher and Forms is desirable.Experience in AOL and Sysadmin.Forms Customization and PersonalizationMust be technically proficient in SQL and PLSQL with good exposure to codes and advanced PLSQL concepts.
