Required Experience: 2 years minimum experience supporting end users or IT systems 2 years minimum hands-on experience with Zscaler in a production environment (If we had to change this to 1 year we could but Id like to see someone with some solid experience) Customer service oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of: endpoints (Windows, Mac, mobile devices) networking remote access proxy Demonstrate proficiency with client's Zscaler training prior to getting access to production portals.
