We have an urgent opening with ServiceNow Architect and I have sent you job description, please go through it and let me know your comfort with it and also send me your updated resume ASAP Role: ServiceNow Architect Location: Minneapolis Downtown, MN (Onsite) Duration : Contract USC & GC Only Essential Skills Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow design and development experience Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow architecture experience At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a senior Architect Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, CSM and GRC Strong consultative background in enterprise environments, should have worked closely with leadership on high visibility program-based initiatives. Participated in process designing sessions and documented ITIL process flows for various modules like Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem and Service Catalog. Expert in the various modules of SNOW such as Incident, Problem, Change, ITOM, Event Management, CMDB/Asset, SLM, Knowledge Management, Report/ Performance Analytics, Service Catalogs, Content Management System/Service Portal, Web Service Integration and new custom application development. Experience in creating technical solutions for proposal development during procurement phases Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API) Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems. Ability to formulate and articulate technical vision. Must have strong requirements gathering experience. Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle. Strong technical and leadership skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to function at both the conceptual as well as detail levels. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven track record in delivering complex technical products in the ServiceNow ecosystem Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Desirable Skills Must hold a minimum of 2 ServiceNow certifications eg: Certified Implementation Specialist Service Now System Administrator, ITIL v3 certification Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills in English.
