Patient Health Information (PHI) Interchange BA Responsibilities: Tech Release Roadmap - Manage and ensure execution. o Working with IT to ensure on-time, quality execution of release. Metrics and Reporting Leverage tableau to systematically report out metrics. Attestation Efficacy Ensure they are applied to optimize 360 output. Data Quality/Oversight Ensure efficacy of data-fix releases. o To include efficacy of Change Request 730 Drive and fuel engagement with Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions partners involved. Patient Authorization BA Responsibilities: Validate and document - What Good Looks like for Patient Authorization (Benchmark) By TA Document and visualize where their Auth capture is at vs. Benchmark. o Identify gaps relative to What Good Looks Like Partner with Business Product Owner as she works with each TA to plan and execute Patient Auth Strategy.
