As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing critical and complex project functions in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead multiple large and complex initiatives from ideation to implementation within established budget and schedule constraints. Collaborate within a cross-functional team of stakeholders, including Senior Leaders, System Architects, and Operations teams. Support project teams in problem-solving and risk mitigation through effective strategies and collaboration. Understand the inter-dependability of platforms, features, and changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Guide team members on best practices, lean thinking, and continuous improvement methodologies. Actively participate in problem analysis and resolution processes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail and superior organization skills. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Lean strategic thinker with a focus on sustainable throughput of value and continuous improvement. Open-mindedness and adaptability to facilitate daily team improvement. Experience and Education: 5+ years of program management experience in a high-growth, complex environment. Proven experience working in an Agile environment. Direct engagement with Senior Leadership. Customer-facing project management and team leadership experience. Preferred experience leading analytical and technical resources on projects. Ability to create and manage detailed project plans and report critical paths. Recommended Skills: Proficiency in Google products: email, spreadsheet, document, presentation. Working knowledge of Service Now (Carts+) Portfolio & Program Management module. Experience in driving multi-faceted e-commerce initiatives such as Buy Online Pickup In-Store. Additional Information: The Technical Delivery Manager will be responsible for driving the adoption of established delivery plans, standards, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions to customers. They will provide thought leadership to foster a culture of innovation within the teams and develop innovative solutions to improve business performance. The role involves managing the P&L of a portfolio, driving growth strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely delivery of high-quality products.
