We have a client that needs an SAP CFIN- Close to Report Consultant to work a remote project. this consultant needs to have Aerospace & Defense Industry with the A&D SAP Solution. Job Description: PLEASE NOTE: Biggest thing he is seeing with candidates is that they look good on paper but cannot communicate and articulate their thoughts. Candidate musts communicate and articulate very well as everything is on Teams and chat, and that is their biggest issue with candidates, people cannot communicate very well. 2nd is domain experience within an A&D environment. Required Skills: Senior hands-on SAP CFIN with experience in an A&D ecosystem and ability to communicate efficiently. Financial and Accounting business process knowledge. Knowledge of PS and RRB ( Resource Related Billing) within a S/4 HANA A&D ecosystem. Team Lead/Principal that Support/ Explore workshops and articulate key value propositions as a S/4 HANA SME to add innovations/enhancements pertinent to Finance. Design and configure S/4HANA system to meet client business requirements. Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices. Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects. Ability to create business process procedures (BPPs), swimlane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides and testing scripts.
