| REQUIREMENT: 1 Role: IAM Specialist ( SailPoint Identity Now) Job Location:- Plano, TX (Day 1 Onsite-3 days in Client office is Mandatory) Duration: 12+ Months (C2C) Mandatory Requirements : Minimum of at least 10+ years of experience in IAM; 7+ years of experience in SailPoint and 5+ years of experience in CyberArk Experience in integrating SailPoint Identity Now, Azure AD, ServiceNow and API development experience for SailPoint functions is must to have. Experience with Rest Web services, SAML 2.0, SailPoint Identity Now, OAuth, WS-Security, and other authentication/authorization protocols is required. Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners. Expert-level experience with IAM Protocols such as SCIM, Web services, WS-Fed, SAML, OpenID Connect, and OAuth. Responsibilities : Design and implement SailPoint Identity Now or IIQ and access management solutions to meet the needs of the organization. Work with Application Teams to identify, aggregate and correlate Application/System User Accounts to Identity Cubes within SailPoint. Development and configuration experience of SailPoint various modules (e.g. audit, compliance, lifecycle, service account). Design, Develop, Test, and Troubleshoot Custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint Identity Now. Product expertise in IIQ, Microsoft Active Directory, Relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/DB2), Java, Bean Shell, REST API, and web services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SailPoint platform. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations. Mentor and train junior team members on SailPoint best practices and technologies REQUIREMENT: 2 Role: ServiceNow SACM Configuration Management Analyst Job locations:- ABS Plano, TX | ABS Boise, ID | ABS Phoenix, AZ | ABS Pleasanton, CA Duration: 12+ Months (C2C) The ServiceNow Configuration Management Analyst is part of the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) Team. This individual will focus on the overall quality of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) by ensuring Configuration Items (CIs) are accurate and complete by policing process adherence and data quality against documented standards. The ServiceNow Configuration Management Analyst is responsible for ensuring governance of CI data against SACM policies and procedures. This includes promoting awareness and education of SACM policies and procedures throughout the organization and its Service Providers. The ServiceNow Configuration Management Analyst will ensure interfaces with internal and external applications are designed and implemented in line with the CMDB Data Model. Mandatory Requirements Ability to work US hours (both PST and MST). 7+ years of Configuration Management experience managing a large CMDB environment. Must possess a deep understanding of ITIL IT Service Management processes (e.g., Incident, Problem and Change Management, Project and Portfolio Management, Service Catalog, etc.) 7+ years of experience working in a process-driven organization, preferably an ITIL-aligned Service Management organization. 7+ years of experience in working with inventory discovery tools and infrastructure management tools used to provide Configuration data (e.g., ServiceNow Discovery, OEM applications). 7+ years of experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model). Must have quality documentation skills reporting capabilities and experience. General understanding of the ServiceNow Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and the structure of its rules. 7+ years of experience driving SACM process adherence throughout a complex IT organization using data. 7+ years of experience in the use of KPIs and other methodologies to identify problems, track trends and drive behavior. Proven success in establishing and/or managing large data repositories and managing multi-source environments. Knowledge of the working practices and structural elements within Cloud environments, IT infrastructure, Operations Centers, and Service Desks. Familiarity with DevOps and/or Agile methodologies Encompasses a particularly good all-round understanding of IT processes and service management. Strong in establishing connections with people and managing relationships. Able to cope with pressure, time-sensitive situations and delivering against deadlines.
