As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product lifecycle, collaborating closely with Scrum Masters, teams, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional products that meet customer needs and business objectives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Scrum Masters and teams to define sprint plans based on the product vision and roadmap. Prioritize sprint backlog items according to the sequencing and ranking of features outlined in the product roadmap. Refine product requirements based on input obtained through sprint showcases and demos. Conduct formal reviews and acceptance of user stories implemented within sprints. Drive the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with support from business and technology team members. Support and participate in program-level ceremonies, including product increment (PI) planning sessions. Perform functional reviews during sprint demos and showcases alongside the Product Manager and Delivery Manager. Form backlog of features and user stories to support agile delivery teams. Articulate requirements for each user story with detailed acceptance criteria. Ensure all requirements support business needs, fulfill objectives, and meet stakeholder expectations. Assist development teams in translating business requirements into functional or non-functional specifications. Collaborate with delivery teams to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and long-term release planning. Monitor and improve product health. Ensure completed stories meet acceptance criteria by reviewing test plans and resolving issues and defects. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management at all levels. Requirements: Must-Have: 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner. Proven experience working in agile and/or waterfall environments. Proficiency in creating documentation for varied audiences. Deep understanding of business requirements elicitation in complex software development projects. Proficient in User Story creation. Expertise in utilizing standard documentation tools/utilities. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Possesses product knowledge and process improvement skills with a demonstrated ability to propose effective solutions.
