Visa : US Citizen or Green Card Holder Only Interview mode: : video Job Description MUST HAVE RECENT and STRONG SAP A&D INDUSTRY WORKING IN AN SAP A&D ENVIRONMENT. We have a client that needs an SAP CFIN- Close to Report Consultant to work a remote project. this consultant needs to have Aerospace & Defense Industry with the A&D SAP Solution. Job Description: PLEASE NOTE: Biggest thing he is seeing with candidates is that they look good on paper but cannot communicate and articulate their thoughts. Candidate musts communicate and articulate very well as everything is on Teams and chat, and that is their biggest issue with candidates, people cannot communicate very well. 2nd is domain experience within an A&D environment . Client is operating as an Advisory Partner so that is why need strong communication, and people that can articulate their message. Team of 15 people. Required Skills: Senior hands-on SAP CFIN with experience in an A&D ecosystem and ability to communicate efficiently. Financial and Accounting business process knowledge. Knowledge of PS and RRB ( Resource Related Billing) within a S/4 HANA A&D ecosystem. Team Lead/Principal that Support/ Explore workshops and articulate key value propositions as a S/4 HANA SME to add innovations/enhancements pertinent to Finance. Design and configure S/4HANA system to meet client business requirements. Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices. Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects. Ability to create business process procedures (BPPs), swimlane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides and testing scripts. Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy system to S/4HANA DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) - Required Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) - Required Nice-to have Government Property Management (GPM) - Plus Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) - Plus Defense Contractors Disclosure Statement requirements Plus Responsibilities of Role: Collaborate in the development of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for development and testing S/4HANA Finance functions associated with business operations Facilitate workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business owners and process SMEs, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements Design and configure S/4HANA system to meet client business requirements Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects Ability to create business process procedures (BPPs), swimlane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides and testing scripts Assist Data Stewards with Master Data transformation and load from legacy system to S/4HANA Thanks and Regards MD AFTAB ALAM US IT Recruiter ConvexTech Inc.
