Collaborate with campaign planners to devise both strategy and solutions for new campaigns and identify high level business acumen, technical issues, and large-scale opportunities for future roadmap of governance and partnership. Serve as subject matter expert, driving data architecture design of customer campaign applications and technical knowledge of system development lifecycle and assessing potential barriers to provide solutions and achieve campaign success. Communicate directly with clients and business stakeholders for full understanding of campaign objectives and business requirements, delivering client expectations and campaign walkthroughs for better customer experience. Employ Organizational Change Management process to review all change requests and conduct pre-analysis with the ability to prioritize and detail quantitative analysis, conducting quality control measures for better functionality.
