| Hi , I have a job opportunity for you if you are looking for new job you can send me your updated profile at [email protected] Job Title: Senior Business System Analyst with Salesforce Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite-Hybrid Role)(need local candidates) Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end certification test and implementation process. From the onset, you will be expected to participate in requirement gathering and documentation actively You will be involved in multiple project work streams, delivering high-quality work and partnering with global and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure business objectives and functional requirements are met. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will facilitate workshops to capture detailed requirements and business processes Your deliverables include story mapping, user story writing, including acceptance criteria. You will collaborate closely with other work streams, including internal partner groups, vendors, and professional consultants, to ensure the system is designed and built according to business requirements and specifications. As part of the implementation process, you will be responsible for working with developers to hand-off requirements, demo build to stakeholders, qualify QA issues against requirements, plan UAT, draft test scenarios, and facilitate UAT. You will also contribute to the Change Management / User Adoption strategy, planning, and execution. Additionally, you will assist in developing a post-implementation and continuous improvement strategy to ensure a smooth transition of the new LMS to the production support team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Unified credentials project is complex and fast paced. The scope of this position will evolve. Your typical responsibilities will include: Rapidly establish an understanding of both the current state and future needs of Credentials at Salesforce. Gain a solid understanding of business use cases and requirements for the new Unified credentials solution. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to capture and validate business objectives and requirement details Manage communications and coordinate discussions between internal and vendor Product Managers and business stakeholders Work closely with internal and vendor Product Managers to interpret and clarify business requirements and feedback for the technical team Actively participate in solution design, representing the end-user perspective in discussions with Product Managers Solution Architects, and Engineers Collaborate with internal business teams, IT teams, and vendor teams to ensure that ongoing business requirements align with product functionality and that business needs and expectations are met with the end solution Coordinate testing (with business stakeholders), including drafting test scenarios, facilitating demos, UAT, and sign-off Create and coordinate the sharing of business requirements, technical documentation, and results Provide training to key business stakeholders Serve as the first level of support for business users during Hypercare Assist in the development of post-implementation support strategy & transition plan for the support team PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED 10+ years experience as a business system analyst or comparable roles.
