Position: Microsoft Office 365 Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) We are seeking an experienced Senior M365 Engineer to join our team and play a key role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 administration, deployment, and integration, with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and collaboration tools. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive for Business, and related technologies. Develop and implement migration strategies to move on-premises services to the Microsoft 365 cloud platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency. Configure and manage security and compliance features within Microsoft 365, including data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and threat protection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 services with other cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and user experience. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and support staff, assisting with complex problem resolution and troubleshooting. Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices, evaluating new technologies and recommending enhancements to optimize our environment. Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies for Microsoft 365 services. Looking forward to work with you !!
