Have a thorough understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming. Should have an understanding of data manipulation library i.e. pandas, numpy. Graphing library i.e. matplotlib. Can develop applications for real-time and near-real-time data ingestion. Experience with the Quartz platform will be preferred.
