Specifically, we require someone who has transitioned from a development role to an analyst role, with strong skills in Salesforce Technical Analysis, ideally with a background in high-tech or e-commerce industries Key Requirements: 15+ years of overall experience. Strong in APEX code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components (LAC). Collaborates with business analysts and architects to anticipate and address present and future business requirements. Examines current applications and systems, devising logic for new systems. Adjusts and configures applications/systems per specified requirements and technical design documents. Creates and secures approval for system and development documentation SFDC certification is mandatory. Experience working with high-tech or e-commerce clients. Responsibilities: Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the Product Backlog is well-groomed with user stories ready for development, including well-defined acceptance criteria. Work closely with the Tech Lead to devise implementation solutions for user stories. Proficient in SAFe Agile methodologies and ceremonies. Execute custom development within the Salesforce platform. Take technical ownership, investigating and resolving deployment errors during production deployments. Conduct technical reviews for ongoing stories and coordinate with the release team to ensure timely deployments to the QA and UAT environments.
