Comfortable presenting architecture and solutions in front of customers Familiar with ServiceNow platform best practices for configuring and implementing complex business processes on the platform Extensive knowledge of CMDB and fundamental platform capabilities (ITSM processes, flow designer, knowledge bases, portal architecture) Able to build architectural flow diagrams for ServiceNow solutions with integration touchpoints and data flows Familiar with integration frameworks such as REST API, data imports, JDBC/ODBC, OAuth and SSO Telecommunications experience is a plus.
