Title: Salesforce Customer 360 Support Engineer

Client:: Publicis Sapient

Location:: Houston, TX-local with DL- onsite

MOI:: Call/ Video

Duration:: 6+ month CTH

Visa:: GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD

1) Must have LinkedIn

2) A photo ID with the candidate's legal name (only needed if their LinkedIn profile does not have a clear photo of them).

Requirements:

* 6+ years of professional experience

* solid experience with Salesforce Customer 360 platform

* exposure to ITIL processes

* current/past experience working collaboratively with Salesforce Admins and business users

* experience supporting 500+ end users

* Salesforce Admin cert is a plus
