Experience with the Corticon rules engine is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain EDBC (rules engine) components for integrated eligibility solutions in the Health and Human Services domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test rule-based decision-making processes for eligibility determination programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF. Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Implement business rules and logic within the EDBC (rules engine) platform, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with program regulations. Conduct unit testing and integration testing of EDBC components to validate functionality and performance. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to EDBC (rules engine) implementation, providing timely resolution and support to end-users. Document technical specifications, design decisions, and implementation details for EDBC components, ensuring clarity and maintainability of codebase. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in EDBC and the Health and Human Services domain, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance our solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. years of experience in software development, with a focus on EDBC (rules engine) in the Health and Human Services domain. Strong proficiency in EDBC platforms, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing rule-based decision-making processes. Experience with the Corticon rules engine is a plus. Solid understanding of eligibility determination programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF, including program regulations and requirements. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
