Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Remote) Duration: 12+ Months JOB DESCRIPTION: Sample Tasks Create Project Management Work Package templates and artifacts to include project plans and detailed schedules. o Create, manage, and regularly maintain project risk registers, issue logs, decision logs. o Create, manage, and regularly maintain project cost and budget management plans. Create and execute detailed work plans that include: o Developing the approach for project planning, budget management, communication, and stakeholder engagement. o Creating and maintaining weekly project status reports through the life of the project that includes monitoring and resolution of project issues and risks. Track cloud usage and vendor costs as a part of reporting Facilitate project kickoffs and regular team check-in meetings. o Lead, facilitate and document meeting minutes to include decisions made, actions items and discussions. Create and deliver formal presentations as requested regarding ongoing project work and analysis. Provide knowledge transfer and training to BTS EPMO as requested. Work with vendors to create technology roadmaps to include but not limited to Azure Cloud MigrationMinimum Qualifications Five (5) years experience in Project Management role Two (2) engagements lasting more than eight (8) months in each Project Management role One (1) engagement lasting at least six (6) months in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role One (1) engagement lasting at least eight (8) months in a Scrum Master roleDesired Skills PMP Certification Experience managing Microsoft Azure Cloud projects to include but not limited to migration initiatives. Experience managing other vendor resources assigned.
