Industry : Environmental Services / Manufacturing Key notes below: This role, while being called a Power Platform Manager, will still require the candidate to be very hands-on in coding and development. A strategic manager that has been far removed from coding or development for the last few years will not be the right fit. The candidates must also have true managerial leadership experience. They will be leading a small team but must have experience dealing with performance management of team members, succession planning, as well as being an individual contributor to projects/needs. Overview: Currently seeking a Power Platform Manager for a local client in the Environmental Services / Manufacturing space. The Power Platform Manager must possess a strong background in people management, come from a technical background, and have previous experience building a team and processes around SDLC and the Power Platform. The Power Platform Manager must have previous experience implementing and managing the Power Platform (PowerBI / PowerApps / PowerAutomate / Power Pages / Power Visual Agents). The Power Platform Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a solution using Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerApps and PowerBI for visualizations, reporting, dashboards, and other business KPIs. This resource will directly manage a team of 4 developers, mixed with on and offshore resources, as well as manage third-party service providers.
