Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for processing large volumes of voice data from call center interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for voice analytics. Implement and optimize machine learning models for speech recognition, sentiment analysis, and customer intent detection. Utilize Python, PySpark, and SQL to clean, transform, and analyze voice data for actionable insights. Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing call center operations through voice analytics and AI-driven solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in voice analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP). Required Skillsets: Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience working within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, including familiarity with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub. Strong understanding of voice data processing techniques, including speech recognition, audio processing, and voice AI platforms. Hands-on experience with Voice Analytics tools and frameworks. Knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques applied to voice data, including sentiment analysis, speaker identification, and speech-to-text. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
