| From: Frank, Procorp Systems [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello Hope youre doing well Title: SAP HR Consultant with SuccessFactors Location: Herndon, VA (Onsite) Duration : Long term Rate : DOE Job Summary Manage the day-to-day activities of the SAP cloud based SuccessFactors implementation Program Work with the Program Management team and other members of the Project Organization Be responsible for the overall delivery of the project from the technical perspective including but not limited to design, configuration, data migration, interfaces, cutover, go-live etc. Ensure a proper delivery plan is in place in line with the organizational mandate, and execute the delivery plan to meet the goals of Experience 9 to13Yrs. Required Skills : SuccessFactors - Recruiting, SuccessFactors - Compensation, SuccessFactors - Learning, SuccessFactors - Onboarding Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of geospatial data to support decision-making processes. Ensure the integration of SuccessFactors modules to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement geospatial solutions that meet business objectives. Develop and maintain geospatial databases, ensuring data quality and accessibility. Utilize SuccessFactors-Compensation to manage and optimize compensation plans. Implement SuccessFactors-Learning to facilitate ongoing professional development and training. Leverage SuccessFactors-OnBoarding to enhance the new hire experience and streamline the onboarding process. Apply SuccessFactors-Recruiting to improve recruitment strategies and processes. Conduct regular audits of geospatial data and SuccessFactors implementations to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Provide expert advice on geospatial technologies and SuccessFactors modules to senior management. Stay abreast of the latest trends in geospatial technologies and SuccessFactors updates. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Qualifications Proven experience in managing geospatial data and projects. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules: Compensation, Learning, OnBoarding, and Recruiting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
