NOTE: They want someone who has not been a consultant. They want someone coming from a fulltime role. Truthfully, you can tell them to open up the search to the US for 100% remote but willing to travel in to the Dallas, TX area occasionally, as needed. Open the search up to 100% remote w/ some travel AND coming from a fulltime and/or VERY long-term consulting background. Thats the best I can tell you. ABOUT THIS PROJECT: This is a HIGHLY-VISIBLE role and excellent / top-notch communication skills are paramount. This is non-negotiable. THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE!! This person will be managing a small team of 3-4 onshore / 2-3 offshore BI Developers / BI Analysts, etc. THEY MUST HAVE DIRECT PEOPLE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. It is also CRITICAL that this person is HANDS-ON with PowerBI including Manage / Customize (hands-on) Database Forms / Fields / Views / Workflows PowerBI Dashboards and Reports and in relation to PowerBI Administration functions. THEY MUST HAVE HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH POWER APPS / POWER AUTOMATE / POWER QUERY. ANY CNS WITH D365 AND/OR AZURE DEVOPS, will likely move to the top of the list. REMOTE : They are open to considering 100% remote-based non-local candidates BUT they MUST be willing to travel in to Dallas, TX as required (typical travel lasts 1-2 weeks) Residency : MUST BE Citizen or Green Card ONLY (with 10/10 communication skills, non-negotiable) Listen.
