Salesforce Administrator Certification. Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. Experience serving as a system administrator in Salesforce Lightning. Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodology. Strong self-motivation, multitasking skills and the ability to work in a team. Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated track record of performing Salesforce administrative tasks including creating custom objects, fields, workflow and validation rules, page layouts, list views, email templates and Lightning app pages. Proficient at advanced reports dashboards and automation processes Experience using Salesforce Data Loader, Import Wizard and Workbench. Proficiency in accomplishing tasks within narrow timeframes with little oversight. Ability to read, write and edit Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) queries. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel. Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and excels in collaborative work settings. Additional preferred skills: Experience using Flosum for Salesforce release management. Experience using Formstack for Salesforce. Experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud. Experience in Information Technology or Computer Science is a plus Experience in Salesforce Testing and QA. Regards!!
