Next round will be another face to face with CEO (Duanne) and other stakeholders in company. Position Notes: Roles: (1) will support leasing group, (1) will support the acquisitions group Candidate will need to know how to identify what retailers to target using big data, compiled with company data to determine best retailers and their locations. An example he gave was that if you have a shopping center next to a grocery store, you arent going to fill the shopping center with another grocery store. They ride themselves on technology to innovate as they currently have nearly 30 proprietary apps with ERP and CRM platforms. All are homegrown and supported internally. They have a team of software developers in house as well as MSP. Position Overview: We are seeking a Data Analyst with a specialization in AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and experienced with AI technologies such as LangChain, ChatGPT, and LangFlow or similar tools. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and contributing to our AI-driven projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed data analysis and validation using Python, ensuring accuracy and relevance to project objectives. Utilize AI technologies, including LangChain, ChatGPT, and LangFlow, to enhance data analysis processes and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify analytical opportunities to support decision-making. Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to predict trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our business goals. Generate reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and methodologies. Contribute to the development and improvement of our AI-driven platforms and solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis with a strong emphasis on AI applications. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy). Demonstrated experience with AI technologies such as LangChain, ChatGPT, and LangFlow, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear and actionable insights. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Desirable Skills/Knowledge: Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI capabilities. Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, Java) is a plus.
