Pega with Strong experience in BFS, Healthcare/Lifesciences/Pharma or Telecom domain, solving wide array of business problems

Techno-functional manager who owns design, development, delivery and support of Case Management and NBX applications.

This person contributes to bookings growth and customer success through technical leadership in business teams. This person provides thought leadership to fellow team members, builds business processes, framework features and supporting functions based upon identified business requirements and use cases. The person also functions in Scrum teams with other professionals focused on building, maintaining, and supporting applications.

Drives best practices among development teams and encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.

This person is responsible for overall product quality and on time deliverables with the right design and architecture.

The manager sets goals, drive regular feedback through 1:1 coaching sessions and ensure every team member has a plan for growth and development in place and the plan is executed. React quickly to staff performance or other issues and work with the leadership team to resolve.

You will be working with Leads to understand client requirements.

Contribute to the design and development work for decisioning projects.

May own one or more complex sets of decisioning requirements at a single point in time.

Work on decisioning initiatives which may include:

Designing the decisioning logic.

Building and testing decision logic rules.

Maintain communication and reporting standards

Construct or enhance solution documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

10 - 15 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large enterprise applications

Must have delivered large scale enterprise-wide BPM solution engagement especially in last few years in PEGA.

Should be well versed with all the new edge solutions involved with PEGA such as PEGA 7 platform, PEGA CRM suite, PEGA Express, PEGA Client Life Cycle management system (CLM) & PEGA Decision Management System.

Expertise in conceptualizing Pega solutions and services - Should be capable of designing service offerings & solutions. Should be able to build, lead and guide teams in PEGA practices.

Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL) or equivalent technologies

Capable of handling team of around 10 people, aspiring to grow as a strong product leader

Strong OO experience

JavaScript, CSS, HTML experience is highly desired.

Experience developing or working with CRM applications.

Working experience in an agile/scrum team environment.

Certified in LSA

At least 2 yrs in pega architect

Domain Expertise:

Strong experience in BFS, Healthcare/Lifesciences/Pharma or Telecom domain, solving wide array of business problems

Client and Delivery Management

Proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels

Good exposure to client management, presentations, proposal creation, project management, etc.

Manage programs and engagements from resource mobilization to first contact to final delivery and ensure adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and risk management to ensure customer delight.

Engage in client communications for all important functions including data understanding/ exploration strategizing solutions, etc.

Excellent oral, written, power point presentation skills
