Your day-to-day activities will involve analyzing client needs, designing solutions, and collaborating for project success. Analyze client requirements to craft customized workforce solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Develop comprehensive solution architectures and functional designs. Provide expert functional guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
