Role: Senior QA Manager Location: Hybrid- San Diego, CA Duration: 3 contract Visa: No H1 Job Description: Product release, batch records, Quality oversight, Soft skills, CAPA, Investigations/Deviations Bachelors degree in life sciences (Preference for Biology or Chemistry) Sr. Quality Manager to assist with the management of GxP compliance. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Biopharma manufacturing activities including media fills, lot releases, SOP development & writing, and change controls. This person must have soft skills, prior experience communicating with cross functional groups as well as stakeholders, and to be approachable by staff of varying levels of experience. This candidate will be tasked with Investigation writing, CAPA management, and ensuring compliance for FDA inspection readiness. This role will include daily oversight of QA, QC, and Manufacturing activities; as well as providing technical guidance and justification for Product releases.
