Complete Description: The client is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst (BPA). The BPA must have experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, systems, and user needs, including documenting process flows, and requirements, supporting the development of systems to align with business process re-engineering, and providing consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor. The BPA must have a technology background and experience with re-engineering complex business processes, design and documentation of processes in close consultation with business users and technology teams, and the ability to contribute to the solution architecture. The BPA will work as part of a team responsible for the data modernization initiative. Skills: Business analysis experience. Required 11 Years Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required 15 Years Software Development Lifecycle experience.
