This is a CPQ role, but expertise in billing is expected/required as well. You will be expected to act as a subject matter expert in all things CPQ and Billing; and best practice around product billing automation, processes and the art of the possible. Work with the business to understand their processes and identify areas of improvement in our data integrity as it relates to billing activities. Work closely with the integrations team on CPQ and Billing alignment with our ERP (NetSuite) Working with other CPQ/Billing resources on designing scalable solutions to align with ever-changing business needs. Own the relationship with outsourced CPQ/Billing vendors and the workflow and integration with our internal resources. Reacting to shifts in product and sales strategy to ensure alignment with CPQ/Billing system and architecture. Communicate with other Imprivata resources and with clients regarding status, issues and creative solutions. Design solutions with the enterprise ecosystem in mind for scalable and efficient solutions Keep customers (internal) updated on timeframe expectations. Self-manage your time to deliver on projects as well as adhere to industry best practices Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technology field 4-5 years of Salesforce CPQ experience 2-3 years of Salesforce Billing experience 1+ years of Consulting experience is a plus Large scale enterprise application architecture experience Salesforce Administrator Certification Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification Salesforce Billing Super badge Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications is a plus.
