The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive scripting capabilities in one or more of the common languages used by ServiceNow, including Java, HTML, Angular, etc.. You lead the design, configure, script, and be responsible for the technical solution on the ServiceNow SP2 platform in order to ensure a successful deployment for our customers. You will work closely with the Platform Architect to refine ServiceNow platform requirements (Stories) and complete the development of the agreed upon solution. CSM Certification Preferred Implement and configure a broad range of ServiceNow Applications, such as S2P (primary) and others to include ITSM, ITOM, HR, SecOps, GRC, and Employee Center Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls. Strong knowledge with crafting Business Rules, ACL s, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc. Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that cannot be satisfied through configuration Troubleshoot and repair common configuration issues. Create Scoped Applications using Studio Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform using Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine. Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow. Deep technical knowledge of integrating ServiceNow with external systems, such as AD, SSO, SCCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Jira, etc. using JDBC, REST, SOAP, Integration Hub. Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer.
