I am reaching out to you on an exciting job opportunity with one of our clients. *MUST have Health and Human Services Commission past experience, local to TX candidates will have priority* Job Title: Database Administrator 3 Location: 701 W 51st Street, Austin, TX 78751 - Remote Duration: 2 months + possible extension Mandatory Skills: 1. 10 years of experience with Database experience. 2. 8 years of Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL - (or similar). 3. 8 years of Experience with Relational Database Administration - (SQL Server or Oracle, for example). 4. 8 years of Experience in database design, database structures, analysis, and performance tuning. 5. 8 years of Experience designing enterprise applications and/or services. 6. 8 years of Experience creating technical and functional design documentation. 7. 8 years of Experience in software development Life Cycle using Agile methodology (Scrum, for example). 8. 8 years of Experience with multi-tier system/application development (SOA, Microservices, 3-Tier applications, for example). Desirable Skills: 1. 8 years of Experience with large volume databases, high availability, and disaster recovery infrastructure. 2. 6 years of Experience with Azure. 3. 6 years of Ability to Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Azure SQL. 4. 3 years of Experience in DevOps technology including CI/CD pipeline and build and deployment tools such as Git. 5. 3 years of Experience in Java/J2EE Enterprise Development 6. 1 year with Azure certification is preferred and not required. 7. 1 year with DBA Associate certifications are preferred and not required.
