Your expertise will drive innovation in conversational AI, enhancing user experiences and facilitating seamless interactions. Collaborating within an agile framework, you'll lead a team in configuring and maintaining Azure platforms while ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop advanced chatbots utilizing Azure Bot Service, CLU, and Cognitive search services. Implement Azure Functions to extend chatbot capabilities and deploy them for enhanced functionality. Utilize GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient development processes. Oversee Azure App Service and Azure Storage Server for chatbot hosting and data management. Lead and mentor team members in configuring and maintaining the Azure platform. Deliver comprehensive technical progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis, highlighting potential risks and mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining user stories and tasks within an agile environment. Act as a liaison between the program and clients to drive the evolution of new Generative AI Concepts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in software development, with at least 5 years in Azure bot framework chatbot development. Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, JavaScript, Ajax, Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS, HTML/HTML5, and databases. Expert knowledge of Azure portal services and integrations with related systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders. Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify risks and propose solutions. Proven experience in agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. Familiarity with Azure Open AI, SOAP, REST, and JSON technologies. Ability to operate within PaaS/SaaS environments and provide comprehensive technical analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Skills: Strong organizational acumen and understanding of the Project Management lifecycle. Previous experience in advising and influencing technical decisions with a focus on risk analysis. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
