Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect / Platform Architect

Location: Remote but candidate should be willing to work on EST / CST time zone.

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

ServiceNow Business Analyst / Modeling BPC

3+ years experience as a Business Process Consultant or Systems Analyst on the ServiceNow Platform

5+ years experience with Data Modeling or Data Architecture

Familiar with writing User Stories and building acceptance criteria

Familiar with Transform Maps and how data is ingested into ServiceNow.

Able to interface with key business stakeholders and translate critical functional and business requirements into technical requirements for Developers

Telecommunications experience is a plus
