POSITION - 1 Position- MES-MOM (Delmia Apriso)- Business and techno functional consultant Locations: Rocky Mount NC Duration - 12 Months Day1 Onsite: Yes (Must) MES-MOM (Delmia Apriso)- Business and techno functional consultant with 4-5 Yrs Exp. Need to operate from customer production site . Experience in Solution Implementation, Development, Apriso Upgrades, Support and Customization on DELMIA Apriso. Experience in Manufacturing Domain (MES) for Production line automation using Apriso FlexNet 9.5, 9.7, Apriso 2016,2017,2018,2019,2023. Involved in Database Design, Development, Testing and Integration in Apriso FlexNet 9.5, 9.7, Apriso 2016, 2017 ,2018,2019. Good knowledge of working on Process Builder, SQL Scripts, Stored procedure, Functions. Involved in Integration of MES System with ERP systems. Good Knowledge of Business Integrator and Outbound/Inbound interface configurations. Build and maintain complex SQL scripts using Joins, analytical functions, aggregate functions, materialized view and complex queries for data analysis and extraction. Experience in Creating, Altering & Managing Indexes, Table Partitioning, Stored Procedures, Functions in SQL Server, and Oracle. Worked and good understanding of Apriso/FlexNet Translation Tools, Global Process Manager, Package Deployment and Package Version controls. Understanding/configuration of Central Configuration, CSS and Configuration Manager, configuration for Kepware OPC to MES systems. In-depth knowledge of APRISO MES-MOM software and its functionalities. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, manufacturing processes, and challenges, and provide expert advice on MES-MOM solutions tailored to their needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget. Involved in Unit Testing and Continuous Integration Testing & Code review. Key Responsibilities Incident Management. Root Cause Analysis and working with Global Development Team to develop Long- term fix. Co-ordination with Dev/ Release teams for code release /break fix . Support deployment of code release/break fix if requested by plant team . Support Production Sanity Testing if requested by plant team. SLA Management Problem Management Weekly/Monthly status report Application and Integration Monitoring Administrative activities like user profile management, password reset, audits etc. Position 2: Position: Project Manufacturing Location- Pheonix, AZ Duration- 12 Months Day 1 onsite / Hybrid / Remote Title: Project Manufacturing Manufacturing Modules Oracle Project costing, billing, accounting, EBS Functionally Skilled in Oracle Applications 11i/R12 of Project Manufacturing modules which includes Projects Accounting (PA), Project Manufacturing (PJM) and Project Contracts (OKE). Functionally Skilled in Oracle Applications 11i/R12 of SCM modules which includes Inventory and Order Management. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people at all levels. Detailed Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Accounting Modules Support Analyst with expertise in Project Costing, Billing, and Project Manufacturing (PJM) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite's Project Accounting modules. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Oracle Project Accounting, Project Costing, Billing, and PJM modules, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, implement enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Support: o Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Project Accounting modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Manufacturing (PJM). o Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner. o Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and ensure that Oracle Project Accounting meets business needs. Implementation: o Assist in the implementation of Oracle Project Accounting, Project Costing, Billing, and PJM enhancements, patches, and upgrades. o Work closely with the project team to analyze business processes and recommend improvements. o Participate in testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Documentation: o Document support processes, resolutions, and configurations. o Maintain up-to-date documentation for Oracle Project Accounting, Project Costing, Billing, and PJM configurations, setups, and customizations. Collaboration: o Collaborate with other IT teams, business analysts, and end-users to ensure the successful integration of Oracle Project Accounting with other E-Business Suite modules. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Proven experience (3 to -10 years) in Oracle E-Business Suite with a focus on Project Accounting, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Manufacturing (PJM) modules. Strong understanding of Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management. Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or later. Proficient in PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle certification in Project Accounting modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP. Knowledge of project management methodologies.
