Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience 10-12 years as a Project Manager leading SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, with specific experience in Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) and Talent Management (SF TM) modules. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities, configurations, integrations, and best practices. Should be very strong and must have done multiple end-to-end implementations.
