Role: Scrum Master Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite) Duration:12+ Description: Scrum Master - Certifications: Must have at least 1: Agile-CSM or SAFe SM or PSM-I A minimum of 8 years of concurrent experience in project and program management including: Experience managing IT projects and programs. Experience in coaching multiple agile teams Knowledge and experience in Cloud Platforms like Azure / AWS / GCP Proven experience as a scrum master KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods. Proven experience with managing using Dev Ops concepts. Proven experience with Agile Reporting techniques. Proven experience in improving Work In Progress (WIP) Management, Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification required Good to have knowledge or Experience with Containerization platforms like Kubernetes, Docker. Cloud Scrum Master: 7 years (Required) DevOps concepts: 5 years (Required) KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods: 7 years (Required) Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Foster an agile mindset and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities. Apply deep knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Dev Ops, AWS, Azure, GCP) to guide development teams. Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and track metrics to measure team performance and progress. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
