Experience (typically) of managing multiple teams 4. Experience communicating with data to drive change; ability to find commonalities in GenAI initiatives across organization, identify opportunities to optimize and innovate across the organization, ability to build a common strategy 7. Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development Leads to transform Business objectives into execution strategy8. Ability to assess program risks across multiple product teams and report impact to the customers strategic objectives9. Accountable for zero-tolerance adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros)10. Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe).
