Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and timelines. Manage cross-functional teams of data analysts, data engineers, and software developers to ensure successful project delivery. Drive the design and implementation of data warehouse solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, inetgrations and performance optimization. Oversee the development of data analytics solutions, including the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Communicate project status, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus. Proven experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in the data analysis or data warehousing domain. Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis, data warehousing, integration development and related technologies (e.g., SQL, ETL, dimensional modeling). Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress against milestones. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience working in an agile development environment is preferred.
