They will act as coach and mentor to junior business analysts to develop business analysis frameworks, expand business process knowledge and implement repeatable approaches utilizing industry standard techniques. This person aligns strategic goals and objectives with decisions supporting business needs; collaborates with business and IT leadership to deliver capabilities and key business and IT initiatives. Key Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a related area plus 7+ years experience Strong planning, organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and handle shifts in priorities. Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to think creatively to assist team members in promoting innovation Strong analytical, evaluative skills and the ability to think creatively. Strong communication skills at the various Business and IT Organization levels. Experienced with SQL/SQL Server. Leads and facilitates dynamic and interactive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders throughout the enterprise Plans and leads large and more complex initiatives and escalates as appropriate to senior management.
