Job Title: Agile Scrum Master Location: Tampa, FL Essential Skills: Minimum 7 years of concurrent experience in project and program management, including managing IT projects and programs. Experience in coaching multiple agile teams. Knowledge and experience in Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Proven experience as a Scrum Master using KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods. Proficiency in DevOps concepts. Experience with Agile Reporting techniques. Proven experience in improving Work-In-Progress (WIP) Management. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification required. Cloud Scrum Master: 7 years (Required) DevOps concepts: 5 years (Required) KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods: 7 years (Required) Job Description: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. Foster an agile mindset and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities. Apply deep knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., DevOps, AWS, Azure, GCP) to guide development teams. Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Implement and track metrics to measure team performance and progress. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. Certifications: Must have at least one of the following: Agile-CSM, SAFe SM, or PSM-I.
