Description: We are seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our applications testing team. This role involves close collaboration with the Division Chief and the Solutions Manager, as well as coordinating efforts across various development groups. You will employ EBR-DC's proven testing methodologies to establish and uphold standards aligning with industry best practices. Familiarity with the following software is necessary: Team Foundation Server Microsoft Test Manager Soap UI- Ready API Load UI/Load testing skills SQL Server LDAP Microsoft SQL Reporting Services Role Responsibilities: Lead the quality assurance strategy, including the management of all testing and quality control tasks. Maintain the testing schedule and manage inventory of testing environments. Coordinate functional, integration, regression, load/performance, and user acceptance testing within the SURE Test environment. Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, data scripts, and diagrams. Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities. Establish and implement quality assurance protocols and standards in support of application development. Execute and automate tests, including developing complex test scripts as needed. Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure ongoing availability of test environments. Provide detailed reports on test results and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Communicate task statuses and project updates effectively within the team and to management. Actively participate in and be prepared for all project and team meetings.
