Minimum 10 years working experience with 6 or more years of accounting experience is required. Very strong SAP FICO, S4 Hana with CLM (Lease accounting system) is required. Strong project management experience in financial systems and process improvements Outstanding leadership skills Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams Strong Excel skills, technical skills, problem solving, challenging assertive approach Ability to work with details/understand business implications. Experience in project management tools like qTest, HP ALM, etc is added advantage. The Senior Manager Business Process Excellence, will have primary responsibility for supporting Global Lease Accounting process of Mondelez, North America, Latin America / Corporate Region SAP and Process Improvement Projects. This position reports into Senior Director MDS & AER. Candidate must have a proven track record of project management skills in financial systems and process improvements, experience in Lease Accounting system and Lease business process. Have both SAP knowledge and Finance business processes. Demonstrated abilities for SAP project management, S4 Hana and knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Product Costing are required. Responsibilities: Global support for Leasing S4 H CLM module and related processes and interfaces into the three ECC (SAP) instances. Ensure end-to-end ownership of the Lease system processes. Address if any system related issues in the current lease software. Provide monthly close support for CLM (leasing system) and SAP interface. Responsible for partnering with ITS, Lease COE and AER MDLZ retained organization to address system issues and coordinate related testing of fixes and/or changes. Collect business requirements and co-ordinate with Technical teams for system changes and continuous improvement related to Lease Accounting. Review and approve Finance Master data requests Support projects impacting CLM system, collect the requirements, review the impacts, coordinate testing, review the solution implemented for defects and approve to move the changes to production. Oversee North America and Latin America process owner for RTR function. Review the North America and Latin Americas projects status to make sure they are on track, ensure necessary testing being done to meet business requirements. Work collaboratively with the other region Business Process Excellence (BPE) counterparts to ensure harmonization of processes and system design. Collect business requirements and co-ordinate with Technical teams for system changes and continuous improvement. As needed Ad hoc regional requests. As needed monthly close support for SAP issues during close. Provide necessary SAP trainings to business users. Lead regional /Global projects as needed Communicate with both technical and business team members.
