| USC/GC-EAD/H4EAD We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Apps Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using the Dynamics 365 CE platform and Power Apps Model-driven apps. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps Model-driven apps solutions to meet business requirements. Configure and customize entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and other components within the Dynamics 365 CE platform. Develop custom plugins, workflows, actions, and integration solutions using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. Implement security models and access controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with security policies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for developed solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices related to Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Document technical designs, solution architectures, and deployment procedures. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in developing and customizing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Apps Model-driven apps. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Power Platform components such as Power Automate (Flow) and Power BI is a plus. Solid understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
