| Role: Lead Automation Test Engineer Location: Location: Hybrid onsite Dallas, TX Pay rate: $37 c2c We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Lead Automation Test Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to demonstrate leadership and expertise in complex testing projects across the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and approaches. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit. Lead and coordinate testing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate and enhance software testing processes. Analyze requirements for testability and risk, and manage defect reporting and resolution. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of 8 years in Test Automation. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Java and a strong understanding of object-oriented programming. Extensive experience with Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
