QUALIFICATIONS Education / Experience / Background Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in web development and software implementation projects. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile practices. Experience with Drupal or similar content management systems Good experience in using industry-standard design and work management tools such as Jira, Google Docs, Lucid Chart Knowledge of utility industry processes and customer portal solutions is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support junior team members.
