Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role. Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with complex product build systems, especially those based on MSBuild. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on completion of tasks and successful shipping of VS2013 servicing releases. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 2 years experience with cloud service and apps development. 2. Minimum 1 years experience with C or C++ language, msbuild or comparable build system technologies, or setup build technologies like WiX Hard Skills Assessments Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP. Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include 3 rounds of interviews each about 45 minutes. Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have access to Teams-capable laptop prepared prior to the assessment.
