Helping customer in providing resolutions to end customer by resolving the ICM. Responsibilities would include Troubleshoot production issues, identify the root-cause, and provide mitigation. Monitoring cluster health for top customers and provide support. Provide Infrastructure management, live site engineering and network management, Support operations & incident management, product customer technical support remote monitoring, and service desk Support. Skill Required Expertise on kusto to read logs Understand ESP and Non-ESP Cluster crud Perform Password management for SSH and Ambari Cluster application CRUD Management Responsible for Ambari portal availability and operations(Authentication and Job submission)Recovery of unhealthy/ unusable head nodes Able to scheduled maintenance and operations on clusters Maintain security for Node/ cluster compromise work with cluster script action failure Recovery of unhealthy/unusable worker nodes Experience working with storage accounts.
