Job Title: Portfolio Manager Location: Dallas, TX Role Description: 1. Understand the Hub-Spoke D&A setup of the business2. Working directly with executives to evaluate the impact of emerging business situations, define the business problem, determine root cause, create alternative solutions, select & assertively communication actions, and structure strategic and operational implementation to maximize organization performance3. Demonstrating strong critical thinking skills and inquisitive mindset, with ability to elevate thinking and influence Exec stakeholders to impact business decisions across organizations and frame opportunities to accelerate achievement of overall business strategy4. Demonstrating mastery of consulting skills hypothesis-driven problem solving, research, data analysis, synthesis, pyramid principle/story telling, exec-level written/verbal communication, visual display of quantitative information, presentation skills5. Leveraging business acumen to focus leaders on key success factors for the organization by creating and implementing the business outcomes, key results, business operations, industry practices, and emerging trends6. Communicating for impact with senior leadership by telling a story thru data7. Demonstrating effective planning techniques and contributing to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 yrs) and strategic (3-5 yrs) planning in support of overall business plan8. Bi-weekly stakeholder updates on status of work and delivery timelines9. Having strong Analytical skills, logical reasoning, and good communication skills Competencies: Analytics, Risk Analytics - Portfolio & Product Management Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: 1. Experience leading/managing engagements across the stack of Data & Analytics 2. Exposure to Data & Analytics products and concepts (layered data architecture, cloud data migration, model dev, reporting analytics, ML Ops, contact center products, contact center workforce management)3. Financial and budget analysis4. Stakeholder management5. Strong & Assertive communication skills6. Align all initiatives to overall D&A vision, strategy, and objectives 7.
