The focus for the Technical Project Manager is to ensure that changes in the Business stakeholders requirements and user stories are being executed and delivered by the two Development Teams that will work under the Technical Project Manager's directions. This position is technically oriented rather than aligned to business processes. This fast moving team works on both external and internal facing applications. We are seeking a proven Technical Project Manager to join the team. In this role the Technical Project Manager to work on multiple small and large projects at the same time and interact closely with the business and development teams, ensuring the rapid delivery of high quality products. The Technical Project Manager is expected to: - Coordinate sprints and stand-ups. - Manage project timelines and scope. - Facilitate effective collaboration and internal communication. - Help on-board and mentor new developers joining the team. - Work together with product owners to handle new requests and backlogs. - Help development teams to attain a higher level of Scrum maturity. - Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts that occur. - Keep teams focused on the current sprint goals. - Manage technical work road map for the development teams Requirements: - Leadership of two well-established Agile teams of senior Engineers. - Software development lifecycle knowledge. - Software development background. - Strong knowledge of Scrum artifacts and techniques.
