Solution Design: Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure solutions on the Azure platform based on business requirements. 2. Implementation: Lead the implementation of Azure-based solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. 3. Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and guidelines. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on Azure. 5. Cloud Optimization Optimize Azure resources to improve performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of solutions. 6. Security and Compliance: Ensure that Azure environments and solutions meet security and compliance requirements, implementing appropriate security controls and practices. 7. Monitoring and Maintenance Implement monitoring and maintenance processes to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of Azure environments and solutions. 8. Training and Knowledge Sharing Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to development teams and stakeholders to enhance Azure expertise across the organization. 9. Continuous Learning Stay updated on Azure technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's needs. 10. Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of Azure architectures, configurations, and processes **Qualifications:** 1. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2. **Azure Certification:** Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent. 3. **Experience:** Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based solutions. Experience with other cloud platforms is a plus. 4. **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, etc. Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, microservices architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code. 5. **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
